As a first post of our new blog, we thought it would be very appropriate to remind everybody how the flower industry has come a long way. Today, it’s hard to imagine a world without the internet. But back in the days, imported flowers were not even available yet. Fax machines were yet to be invented, and emails not existent. All florists were dependent on local production, as well as domestic flower growers. We are certainly a big fan of innovation and progress in the wonderful flower industry, but sometimes we have to stop for a moment and realize how far our industry has come. Sometimes we have to stop and smell the roses!
